In the stage lighting system, the distributed modular lighting system is responsible for completing lighting scene scheduling, power distribution, signal interaction, light and shadow output, and status monitoring. It is the core solution that determines the accuracy of stage lighting effects, dynamic response speed, and the reliability of the entire system operation. This type of solution is suitable for various stage lighting fixtures such as LED moving head lights, bar lights, beam lights, matrix lights, wall wash lights, and effect lights. It is widely used in professional performing arts scenes such as concerts, theaters, studios, banquet halls, and bars.
On site lighting array: As a light and shadow execution terminal, it receives dimming instructions from the main control, completes photoelectric conversion to output light beams, and collects operating data such as its own temperature and current, providing upward feedback on device status.
Lighting main control system: It is the scheduling center of the entire system, consisting of a lighting console, DMX signal routing, scene storage, network scheduling, RDM equipment management, and effect programming modules. It completes lighting scene editing, parameter calculation, channel instruction issuance, and realizes multi lamp linkage control.
Power distribution unit: The system energy supply unit integrates power branching, PFC power supply, constant current drive module, surge protection, and power switch to convert AC power into stable electrical energy suitable for lighting fixtures, providing low ripple constant current output for LED light sources, and also has overload and short circuit protection capabilities.
Signal and Communication Network: System data transmission channel, equipped with signal relay and fault diagnosis functions, bidirectional transmission of control instructions and lamp status, ensuring stable long-distance and multi node communication.
Mechanical and installation structure: The equipment carries the foundation and is responsible for the installation, fixation, position adjustment, and safe load-bearing of all lighting fixtures, as well as standardized wiring to reduce signal interference.
