Projector scheme

This scheme adopts modular hardware design, with the whole machine divided into five modules: main control board, light source module, power and control, power and heat dissipation, and structure and appearance. Each module cooperates to complete image processing, optical imaging, signal interaction, power supply temperature control, and mechanical support of the whole machine.

Main control board (system core): As the control center of the whole machine, it is responsible for image decoding and image quality calculation, issuing light source control instructions, coordinating the scheduling of various modules, managing the power supply of the whole machine, and providing expansion interfaces.

Light source module (imaging core): receives main control instructions to complete photoelectric conversion and achieve image projection. Equipped with fan control and heat dissipation structure, real-time control of light source temperature ensures stable imaging.

Power and Control (Interface and Peripheral Interaction Layer): Responsible for driving light source power, high-definition video access, wireless communication, and audio output. The button area responds to user operation instructions to achieve human-computer interaction.

Power supply and heat dissipation (power supply and thermal management layer): provide stable power supply for the whole machine; Real time collection of internal temperature of the device, dynamic adjustment of fan speed, removal of heat, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Structure and Appearance (Mechanical Carrier Layer): Provides mechanical support for the entire machine, supports image focusing, integrates various external interfaces, and uses safety lock holes to prevent theft, while also considering installation, operation, and protection.
